What types of labels do you offer?
We provide a wide range of labels designed to fit different product types, including jars, extract pots, flower jars, and much more. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for on our website, just drop us a message — we’ll be happy to create the perfect label solution for you.
How long does printing take?
Printing times depend on the size of your order. For orders of 500 labels or fewer, turnaround is usually just 2–3 days. Larger orders may take up to a week, but we’ll always keep you updated so you know when to expect your labels.
Can I customize my order?
All of our logos and labels are fully customisable to suit your brand and product needs. You can choose your own size, shape, colours, fonts, and design style — or share your ideas with us and we’ll bring them to life. Whether you want something simple and clean or bold and eye-catching, we’ll work closely with you to make sure your order is exactly how you imagined it. If you don’t see an option listed on our website, just get in touch — we’ll make it happen.
What is your return policy?
Because every order is custom-designed and printed specifically for your business, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us right away — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Bulk discounts are already built into our pricing menu, so the more you order, the more you save. No extra steps needed — the discount is applied automatically.
What formats do you support?

Is there an order minimum?
Our pricing menu lists the minimum quantities available to order. However, if you need a smaller amount, just get in touch with us — we’re happy to help and will do our best to accommodate your request.
What’s the shipping process like?
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail, and every package is fully tracked and insured for peace of mind. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your door.
